THE REGENERATIVE PROPERTIES OF PULSES

Pulses naturally fix atmospheric nitrogen in soil, which they can then use to meet both their own needs and those of subsequent crops. They act as natural fertilizers, reducing the need for chemical substitutes (and the associated greenhouse gas emissions) and enhancing soil health.

A LOCAL SUPPLY CHAIN

We partner directly with farmers from French cooperatives, who work to our regenerative or organic specifications, ensuring traceability and supply security for our customers.

SUSTAINABLE PLANT-BASED CULINARY BASES

Our products are made from native pea and/or fava bean proteins. They offer excellent nutritional quality and are produced sustainably, using very little water and zero chemicals.
